Privacy policy
StudyVault Uganda is designed to collect the minimum information necessary for account access, learning progress, billing access and safety controls.
What we process
Authentication identity, selected subjects, saved lessons, quiz attempts and billing-provider account status are processed to provide the service. Payment card or mobile-money PIN data is not stored by StudyVault.
Account deletion
You can clear browser-stored learning data from Account settings. For deletion of an authentication account or records held by a configured production database, use the contact route published by the service operator after identity verification.
AI and safety
Do not enter personal, health, payment or sensitive information into tutor prompts. AI-generated educational materials must be reviewed before being published to learners.
